AnnaThai Kitchen

   Today I have my dinner with my family. My dad had just suggested a place that we haven't try before. My family members were foods lover especially THAI foods. This time dad have found a place which was located at Pulau Tikus Wet Market, Penang , which named as Annathai Kitchen. It's just opposite the opened air car park. The restaurant is quite small but always full of people. The chef and the workers were from Thailand. For the owner which was local but staying at Thailand almost 30years . So ...for the dishes all were just super yummy as the foods were super super Thai. You must prepare to accept the challenge of the spicy flavour of Thai and the creamy coconut milk on every dishes.

 The "kalau" Leaf wrap spicy shredded coconut . My Grandma all time favourite 
  CNN called it Ugliest food in the world. The reserved egg 皮蛋. Very nice appetizers but super hot when you bite on a Chilli~ 
 Thai food always come with nice drinks but this Rose syrup made me disappointed :(
 It's an appetizer which very nice, very crunchy, very recommend by me! It's small cartilage  of chicken!

 Every Thai restaurant should have and it's a must have! THE TOMYAM soup. Super nice....Spicy....sour...yum yum yum XDDD
 It's a fried fish with special gravy which was cooked with special spices and coconut milk. The taste of the gravy was highlighted by the coconut oil. My dad don't like it :(((
 Squid!!! Very tender , chewy  & yummy. Absolutely fine.

 It's come for your taste bud!!!! Must try~ berry berry nice soup!
 Sai Yong Choi ....The leaf was too old. But it's very nice 
 YOU MUST TRY THIS PORK KNUCKLE! Very juicy, yummy, oily, the sauce is very MATCH with it. Compare to the Weissbrau , this is better!
Smelly bean that i don't take. Yuckxx~


  We do have some special dessert that the owner recommend , that's "pumpkin Kaya". I didn't take photo because i'm sweating and non-stop drinking the tomyam soup.

The price was reasonable in the menu , but don't know why this dinner cost RM300++ What the Hack!!!
